Quayside Cottage re-joins us under new ownership for the 2026 season. A super one bedroom cottage located by the harbour it benefits from an outside roof top seating area overlooking the harbour, a log burner and a king size bed, making it an ideal getaway for couples any time of the year. Comfortably furnished this charming cottage has a well equipped kitchen including a single oven (electric) and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine and all the utensils you need to self cater. Located just a few yards from a selection of pubs and eateries you will be tempted to give the chef the night off and tuck into some great food and enjoy a drink or two. The combined lounge/diner has a SMART TV (43 inch) and a log burner and the bedroom features a king size bed and a lovely beamed ceiling. There is a shower room and towels are provided (not beach towels) for your convenience. The roof top terrace seating area has patio furniture so you can relax and enjoy the space and immerse yourselves in the sights and sounds of this beautiful harbour whilst having a drink or simply soaking up the sun. Free parking is provided by a permit to use the main Polperro car park (8-10 minute walk). You can use the local luggage taxi service to help with your arrival/departure if you wish. This is an independent service and full details are provided with your arrival pack before your holiday. Towels, bed linen and all utilities and wi-fi are included in the price and up to 2 dogs are welcome free of charge. Note there are 10 steps up to the cottage. Property Layout:-
The cottage is set out over two floors. Entry to the ground floor, via 10 steps. door to the left into double bedroom. Stairs of hallway lead up to the first floor comprising of the lounge/diner, Kitchen and shower room. A door way leading to a large roof terrace via 10 steps.
Quayside Cottage is pet friendly. It includes wi-fi, linen, towels and heating is provided by electric radiators. Logs are available locally for the log burner.
Parking is included in the price with a pre-paid permit for the main car park a 8-10 minute walk away.
