Property Layout

Layout: The house is approached from The Warren through a shared gated entrance (the house is semi-detached) and up a gently sloping long stepped path and finally by 6 steps to the veranda. Entry to lobby area then into lounge, to rear of lounge into dining area (with hallway to door out to decked terrace area) and then to kitchen. There is a downstairs shower room. Stairs off lobby lead to landing with doors off to: Large shower room, and 3 bedrooms, a master double with dual aspect sea views, and another double and bunk room with sea views. Central heating throughout and parking is provided in a secure private car park about a 8-10 minute walk away. PETS WELCOME

We wanted somewhere to stay with a sea view and Harbour Watch was everything we wanted and more. A beautiful uninterrupted view of the harbour and coastline which can be appreciated from a spacious main bedroom, balcony and decking. The whole property is very nicely presented and easily accommodates 6. Reached by a walk up a gradual incline and steps, isn't too hard but might not suite the less mobile. Highly recommended and very relaxing.

"A week in paradise!" Harbour Watch in Polperro is surely one of the best places in the world to stay! No car traffic at all and very few people walking up the hill, so the only sounds you hear all the day and in the night are the rolling sea at the cliffs and the seagulls. The house has a big terrace with view over Polperro, the cliffs and the sea - it was just beautiful to sit there and just relax with those views. The house itself is very well equipped and is not only functional but also a warm and has intimate decoration (chairs, sofa, bed linen etc.) We would highly recommend a vacation at Harbour Watch in Polperro
